About SCS Sport Karate

SCS Sport Karate is a positive, high energy karate school that emphasizes positive life skills, fitness, fun and self-defense.  We offer classes for students of all ages.

Get In Shape

Everyone benefits from our unique blend of martial arts and physical fitness training.  Improving your physical health is more than just looking good!  Exercise can increase your energy, improve your defense against illness, reduce stress, increase coordination and more!  You will see definite gains in your flexibility, strength and endurance as well!

Build Confidence

SCS Sport Karate can help build confidence and improve self esteem in many ways.  A study reported in Psychology Today (January 1985), found that children in Martial Arts have a lower level of anxiety; an increased sense of responsibility; a decrease in the willingness to take foolish risks; a higher sense of self esteem; and a higher level of social intelligence.

Our Program

Our multi-style system includes Kenpo Karate,  Taekwondo, Jujutsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing, making it an extremely well rounded and exciting program to take part in.  Students from 4 to 74 can benefit from our positive, high energy classes!

Li'l Champions

Li'l Champions are our 4-6 year old students.  They are learning how to move their bodies and how the world works.  We teach skills and drills that improve their focus, coordination and train them about things like "Stranger Danger." 

Juniors

Our Juniors are 6-14 year olds who are improving their confidence and their fitness.  They're getting good grades, achieving their goals and becoming more focused.  We're here to help the kids and their parents through these crucial years.

Adults

Adults 14 and up are interested in getting in the best shape of their lives, improving their confidence by learning to protect themselves and relieving stress.  Adults of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from our program.
